With the Filter toolbar you can quickly filter data in the Job Activity Grid by job type. The Filter toolbar functions in the same way as the Filter By Job Type command on the View > Filter By menu.

Using the Sort Toolbar

The Sort toolbar lets you select options for sorting the data in the Job Activity Grid by column. The Sort toolbar functions in the same way as the Sort By command on the View menu.

Hiding and Showing Toolbars

Clicking the name of a toolbar on the View > Toolbars menu turns the toolbar off and on. A check mark on the menu next to a toolbar name indicates that it is currently displayed.

To move the toolbar to a different position, grab the toolbar handle on the left and drag it. To redock the toolbar, drag it to the top of the main screen below the menu bar.

This menu is accessed by clicking the small arrow on the toolbar.

To remove buttons from a toolbar:

  2. Click Add or Remove Buttons and clear the checkbox of the button that you want to remove.
